Fish Finger Recipe

Fish is one of the very healthy foods that can be given to the baby. Fish has many beneficial nutrients in it and it is also very important as animal protein is good for babies. Fish finger is also a simple dish that can be easily prepared by the mother to feed the child. The recipe should be one that contains the right amount of various ingredients for the child to have a healthy life as it grows. It is a wonderful supplement to the regular diet consumed by the baby.


Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of Boneless fish
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Bread crumbs from 2 slices
  • 100 grams all purpose flour
  • Oil to fry the fish
The fish is cut into small and long pieces like a finger. Once this is done, the fish pieces are marinated in pepper, salt and the lemon juice. The marinated fish is kept in the refrigerator for a time of about 20 minutes. This marinated fish is then taken out and the coating is given. The coating is with the all purpose flour. Then also coat it in the bread crumbs.


The coated fish is then fried in pre heated oil till the fish is golden brown in color. The finger fish is ready to eat. Your baby will love sucking into the finger fish and draining all the juice from it.
